Whether you&#39;re recommending a guest&#39;s next favourite cocktail, serving drinks during a busy Friday night or helping create the atmosphere that keeps people coming back, you&#39;ll bring energy, personality and confidence to every shift.</p><p>This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, thrives on guest interaction and takes pride in delivering great service.</p><p><br /></p><h4>What You&#39;ll Be Doing</h4><p><br /></p><p>You&#39;ll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service behind the bar.</p><p>Your role will include:</p><ul><li>Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to company standards</li><li>Creating a warm, welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests</li><li>Building genuine rapport and delivering memorable experiences</li><li>Sharing knowledge of drinks, cocktails and promotions with confidence</li><li>Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area</li><li>Working efficiently during busy services while maintaining quality and consistency</li><li>Supporting stock management and daily bar operations</li><li>Following licensing, food safety and health &amp; safety procedures at all times</li><li>Working closely with the wider front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience</li></ul><p><br /></p><h4>What We&#39;re Looking For</h4><p><br /></p><p>We&#39;re looking for people who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy making people feel welcome.</p><p>You&#39;ll ideally have experience as a Bartender, Cocktail Bartender, Bar Staff Team Member or within a customer-facing hospitality role.
